Contract Users REMOTING into Expanse

1.    Go to: https://desktops.milebluff.com. 
2.    Select VMWare Horizon HTML Access

3.    Enter username and temporary password
•    It will prompt you to change your password
•    Once password is changed, close out of here.

** The User will need to go to: https://desktops.milebluff.com to change their password if they are unable to get in/or their password expired (every 60 days). If that does not work, THEN call MBMC help desk at 608-847-2725**

4.    Launch Chrome as your browser. 
5.    Copy and Paste the URL:  https://mbmc.meditech.cloud/live/ into the chrome browser.
6.    Enter your MBMC network credentials on the Okta Sign-In Screen and click on Sign In.

7.    You will then be asked to set up multifactor authentication. Using the SMS option allows you to receive a text        with a code to enter for authenticating your account credentials.

8.    Next you will see a screen where you can request a code. Click on “Send Code” and you will be sent a text              with a code.

9.    Enter the Code. Click on the box at the bottom of the screen “Do not challenge me on this device for the              next 4 hours”. Click on the blue Verify button.

10.    This will bring you to the Expanse Live launch screen.

11.     Click on Launch new session and you are in!
