This is only for users with a Mile Bluff email account
The first thing the user needs to do to enable their account management options is to set up their password reset verification method.
- Click Security info to get to the account security info page. You may also open the Microsoft 365 login page on an internet browser.
- Enter your domain username with @milebluff.com attached at the end, e.g. spendavj@milebluff.com.
3. Enter your domain password. (What you sign into Meditech with).
4. If you have already set up your verification method, you will see: (The last 2 digits shown are your phone #)
5. Otherwise, a window requiring more information is displayed. Select Next.
6. The following option will be available for you to set up as your security verification method.
- Phone calls: Choose to get a phone call to your registered phone number.
7. Add your phone number. Use your cell number, so you can reset password or unlock your account from anywhere.
8. Enter the code sent to your phone.
9. After you select and set up your methods, choose Finish to complete the process.
10. If you get asked to set up an authenticator app, you will need to follow the instructions on the screen. Contact the MBMC IT Help Desk for further assistance.
11. Now you can reset your password or unlock your account by clicking Employee Account Management at the bottom of the Mile Bluff webpage.

12. Enter your domain username (with @milebluff.com) and the characters from the CAPTCHA, and then select Next.
13. Complete your verification process and select to reset your password or unlock your account.
- I forgot my password = resets your password
- I know my password, but still can’t sign in = unlock account
